Question 1

Can a podiatrist use StrideIQ with patients?

Accepted Answer

Yes. StrideIQ has a dedicated Clinic Workspace where podiatrists can create patient profiles, record movement assessments, track progress across visits, and export coaching-support summaries. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis.

Question 2

What movement metrics does StrideIQ measure?

Accepted Answer

StrideIQ measures cadence (steps per minute), pelvic stability, ground contact symmetry, arm swing asymmetry, foot strike pattern, and provides an overall movement score from 0 to 100. For gym movements, it measures squat depth, knee tracking, hip control, and rep count.

Question 3

Is StrideIQ a medical device?

Accepted Answer

No. StrideIQ is a movement awareness and coaching-support platform. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or injury prognosis. All outputs are intended to support, not replace, professional clinical judgment.

Question 4

How long does a StrideIQ analysis take?

Accepted Answer

A 20-second walking or running video is typically analysed and scored in under 2 minutes. No download is required — the assessment works in any phone browser.

Question 5

Can a gym or academy use StrideIQ for group assessments?

Accepted Answer

Yes. StrideIQ's Academy plan supports batch QR code assessment where each member scans their unique QR code to record and submit a movement video. Results automatically link to their profile in the coach dashboard.
