Think your robot can handle it?

Break the Robot is an interactive robotics challenge from Arisole. Challenge robot behavior, see the results, and discover what changed with MotionBench.

Reference run

Known-good RoboCasa CloseFridge demonstration.

Anonymous challenge

One free interactive preview. Select a disruption and intensity, then watch the recorded simulation.

Certificate

Shareable Challenge Completed or Robot Breaker certificate with a verifiable result ID. Participation for interactive previews; Robot Breaker only for genuine evaluated failures.

MotionBench credits

Claim five MotionBench evaluations valid for 30 days after signup. Preview runs do not consume credits.

Benchmark 001

Public SmolVLA CloseFridge checkpoint regression methodology is available at /break/benchmark-001. Publication remains PENDING until validated GPU evaluation jobs complete.

FAQ

What is Break the Robot?

An interactive Arisole challenge using RoboCasa simulation footage. It demonstrates how MotionBench evaluates robot behaviour changes. Footage is recorded simulation, not live physical hardware.

What is MotionBench?

Arisole’s evaluation and regression-testing product for Physical AI.

What is a robot regression?

A measurable deterioration or unexpected change in physical behaviour after a change to software, policy, model, hardware or environment.

What data can MotionBench evaluate?

MotionBench evaluates Motion Sessions with robot entities and observation channels such as trajectory, velocity and telemetry. ROS2 bags can be converted by the offline ros-bridge into Motion API sessions; video can sit on a session as context, but the current comparison uses structured observation channels.

Can I test my own robot?

Start from MotionBench and Motion API flows to create robot Motion Sessions, ingest telemetry and compare reference and candidate runs.
